Purchased a two seat egg chair. They were very quick to respond to questions, extremely helpful and professional. They delivered my egg chair the next day and their delivery driver spend a significant amount of time helping me get it up the narrow stairs or my house and unwrap the protective packaging. Very pleased with my chair and the overall experience.

I was hesitant at first as this store is based in WA and I live in NSW and especially coming from a bad experience when I purchased an egg chair from a store that is based in Melb, VIC that never arrived. But because I really wanted one and there are so many good reviews re this store, I gave it a try! Glad I did!!! The Customer Service is great and is prompt to respond to all my queries. The product arrived in a very good condition and got delivered faster than I expected, less than 10 days! The product has excellent quality and is very easy to assemble! You can choose whatever colour you like for the cushion from their range! Thank you so much. Highly recommended!!!

Ordered egg chair and got it delivered to brisbane in perfect condition. Team was very helpful, even followed up with courier service to keep us updated. Item received is same as shown in pictures in website. Happy with this buy and highly recommend

From start to finish the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, they went above and beyond what I expected - including the tips for installation and delivering it to my workplace a day before Christmas Eve.
